This allows MLSs, RESO partners, real estate professionals, appraisers, insurers, HOAs/COAs/CDDs, and other industry participants to reference or display a community’s “Community Trust Score” freely.
This term is treated as a data descriptor, aligned with industry expectations for openness and interoperability, especially during the RESO Data Dictionary exploration process.
3. Community Trust Index™ (Proprietary System)
The Community Trust Index™ (CTI™) is a proprietary measurement framework created and owned by Doc Vault Inc.
The Index is generated by:
1. Verified homeowner identity via the Level-4 Multi-Layer Verification™ process
2. The Community Trust Score
3. Proprietary weighting, validation, and system-level modeling
Only the Community Trust Index™ name and methodology are proprietary and may not be copied, replicated, or used to create derivative scoring systems.
